Alix d'Unienville

The death of former RF Section agent Alix d'Unienville was reported this week. It has been mostly ignored by the press but one French newspaper has covered it:

PS. The Telegraph has since published one too:

Another TLS review

I have another review in the Times Literary Supplement this week, on John Jay's Facing Fearful Odds, a biography of his father Alec Jay, a POW at captured at Calais in 1940. Incidentally, the book mentions another Jewish prisoner sent to Lamsdorf, Peter Nagel, who trained with SOE and took part in the St Nazaire raid.
